The payment process is simple and secure. After selecting your desired courses or services, you can choose from various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. You’ll receive confirmation from the ArtOn team on your registered contact ID with the payment details.

We offer multiple shipping options for any purchased artwork or packaged services. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while express options are available for quicker delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

When you submit your artwork for sale or packaging, our qualified approvers will review it to ensure it meets our quality standards. You’ll receive an approval notification through your account, typically within 2-3 business days.
